Climate

The Costa Blanca can freely boast at having one of the best climates on the planet, and in 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world. Averaging over 300 days of sunshine a year it's not difficult to see why. July and August are hot with temperatures regularly in excess of 30°C.

Cool sea breezes in the summer and protection from the cold Northern winds in the winter, mean the area has perhaps the best year round climate of continental Europe.
